Hey babblers! In today's episode I am talking long distance relationships with my bestie Sasha. We're not going to sugarcoat it...LDR's can be really hard, especially when you live on opposite sides of the globe. Despite swearing she would never be the type of person to end up in an LDR, here she is now. Sasha (from Australia) shares the story of how she fell for a guy she met on a summer holiday in South Africa. We discuss some of the challenges of being in an LDR, including communication, the "vacation mentality", jealousy and how COVID threw a major spanner in the works. But don't worry it's not all bad news. Sasha speaks to some of the things that make her LDR amazing and also shares some tips and virtual date ideas for our fellow distance lovebirds.
